2013's JUDGEMENTS
In the last 18 months, think3 has never mentioned any legal matter regarding the ownership of think3 Intellectual Property, as since July 2011 it was crystal clear that think3 is the only lawful owner of think3 trademarks and Intellectual Property in European Union. Nevertheless we have now decided to make an exception, because recently the European Court has ruled two more times around this issue. These two decisions strengthen once more what previously established in all past judgments.
The first one acknowledges the existence of an American procedure and broadly states that only think3 can lawfully use the Trademarks and Intellectual Property ownership for the think3 products in Europe. The second decision states that no one other that think3 can use think3 and ThinkDesign trademarks and imposes a fine of 20.000 € for any single e-mail other form of communication aimed to think3 customers.
think3 counts on every customer to exercise this right and prevent the spread of misleading and useless deceptive messages about this matter at hand.
